Leadership of ministry teams meet regularly (quarterly) to pray & then plan whatever necessary
More ministry time i. e.: children message, testimony, prayer time, less sermon

Action Item – 1 or 2 services?, Admin board decision, announce options in both services, survey?
I would like us to return to one a.m. service:
Why? Synergize ie/
Re-affirm community
Focus – ministry resources – music team, liturgical dance team, drama team, etc.
Develop appreciation for and tolerance of the different “generations” within our
community of faith as well as the rich heritage of our faith (credo, hymns, etc)

We are a praying church
We have a pastor who is listening to the Holy Spirit and is open-minded to letting God do something new
What new thing are we talking about? So, what is God telling him to do at St. Andrew’s?
Variety of worship options (related to freedom above)
Great youth program, with kitchen staff, small group leaders for each age/gender, Wed. night service, Sunday Night Café, 3 mission trips, 2 summer camps and multiple training & equipping events and conventions for leaders.
High Impact Worship (Sunday Night Cafe)
· Contemporary worship uses contemporary music
· Atmosphere creates Desire
- requires leader
- centers on word
- focus
- freedom to express praise your own way (sit/clap/dance/raise hands …)
· May need gifted musicians, but mainly need preparation (search for gifted musicians? Yes )
· May incorporate other forms of expression
- art
- dance
- drama
- testimonies
- special music

Sunday School to be a mix of issues oriented classes and traditional bible study
